Culled from the pages of Facebook, another fine example of live and let live (as long as you live as I say you should). Apparently there is an agenda to get people to experiment with homosexuality. Do you have to have friends watching so that these experiments are peer reviewed?
I’m heterosexual and I’m happy this way. It does me no harm who another person loves, so why should I seek to stop them? -

If atheism, the simple lack of belief in gods, is a religion then logically we should be seeing these too.
We don’t. -
Denny again. This time claiming that atheists have destroyed the credibility of science. Further evidence, were it needed, that religion breeds stupidity if left unchecked.

This scumbag is a right little charmer, isn’t he. I’m almost tempted to turn gay just to spite poisonous idiots like him.

David Wolcott posted a video where he claimed Richard Dawkins advocated the murder of children. This was out of context and what was said was that it was arguably preferable to allow children with incurable and insufferably painful diseases a humane end rather than force upon them a life of incurable misery.
When confronted over his misinterpretation, David Wolcott decided to draw a parallel between those children and the victims of the Sandy Hook shootings, asking whether it was therefore more humane to have killed them earlier. Those children were not ill, they were not facing endless days of incurable agony - yet David cannot see how this is different?
This must be one of the sickest, most grotesquely vile and offensive comments I have read in a long while. Sadly Mr Wolcott is prone to such utterances and once claimed a priest prayed a brain into a baby born without out, yet which somehow had a measurable IQ of 1.
It is the likes of Wolcott that turn me against religion so fervently. -

There are times you get into a discussion with somebody whose argument is so circular that you can’t help but think if they were a dog they’d have a mouthful of their own tail. Utterly stupid.

There is no ‘War on Christmas’, I’m a staunch atheist and I love the festive season, always have. I see it for what it is these days, a traditional time of year to spend time with the family, relax and have fun. I’ll even say “Merry Christmas” to folk, because it doesn’t carry any religiosity for me, just the same as I’ll say “Happy Easter” without believing in the Pagan goddess after which that is named.

The above post was in reply to my posing the following challenge to Mike.
————————————————————————————————-
Mike Pincher, read through this and the associated pages.
http://evolution.berkeley.edu/evosite/relevance/Imedical.shtml
Then kindly produce evidence that creationist science is able to serve humanity, to aid the advancements in medicine etc, that evolutionary biology does on a daily basis.
If you cannot do so, or resort to ad homs and obfuscation, then you will be taken to have admitted defeat.————————————————————————————————-
And they wonder why I find them amusing!? Mike is a lawyer in California, seriously!

This was posted over on Facebook but needs seeing, so I’ve nicked it for here :)
Facebook allow pages that are hateful towards atheists. Why?
